Who Are Seventh-day Adventist

"Seventh-day" refers to our belief in the seventh-day Sabbath (the fourth of the Bible's Ten Commandments) Exodus 20:8-11; Luke 4:16; Acts 13-44

"Adventist" refers to our belief that Jesus will soon return in person to this earth.

And I saw another angel flying though the heavens, carrying the everlasting Good News to preach to the people who belong to this world - to every nation, tribe, language, and people.  Revelation 14:6 (NIV)Two (2) resurrections.  John 5:28, 29; 1 thessalonians 4:16

For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.  John 3:16 (NIV)

Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.  Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you.  And be sure of this I am with you always, even to the end of the age.  Matthew 28:19, 20 (NIV)

All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives.  It straightens us out and teaches us to do what is right. II Timothy 3:16 (NIV)

Christian Adornment. 1 Timothy 2:9; 2 Peter 3:3,4

Make them pure and holy by teaching them your words of truth.  John 17:17 (NIV) high price.  So you must honor God with your body. I Corinthians 6:19, 20 (NIV)
